Star Wars Day @ Your Library (2007)

Darth Vader will make a special appearance at the Bailey Cove Branch Library in celebration of the 30th anniversary of "Star Wars," the movie. This iconic film was first released May 25, 1977. The film spawned five more feature films, animated films, over one hundred books, comic books, graphic novels, and radio plays.
We will screen all three original films ("Star Wars," "The Empire Strikes Back," and "Return of the Jedi") at the Bailey Cove Library, and Darth Vader will make two appearances. Between the movies and appearances, we'll be giving away books, stickers buttons, and other prizes!
Star Wars Day Schedule

9:15 a.m. – film screening of "Star Wars: A New Hope"
11:15 a.m. – meet and greet with Darth Vader
11:45 a.m. – film screening of "The Empire Strikes Back"
2 p.m. – meet and greet with Darth Vader
2:30 p.m. – film screening of "Return of the Jedi"

"Star Wars Day" is sponsored by the Friends of the Bailey Cove Library. All events are free of charge.
