Festival of Trees Call for Trees
A free way to spread holiday cheer and share information about your group!
This is the official call for entries for the Main branch’s Festival of Trees. We invite you to celebrate the season and stretch your creative legs by decorating a tree to promote your group. A well done tree can make people smile and increase interest in your organization’s mission.
Groups will need to provide their own tree and decorations. All trees must be artificial. There will be access to electricity for lights. Tree set-up is November 29 and 30. All trees must be removed from the library by December 28, 2010. If you’d like more information or to reserve space for a tree, contact Luisa at 256-532-2361 or via email at lmorenilla [at] hmcpl [dot] org. The deadline to reserve space is November 20, 2010.
The Festival of Trees will be on display during normal business hours at the Huntsville Madison County Public Library’s Main branch from December 1 through December 27.
