How to do Things!: Introduction to Knitting on November 9
If the changing leaves and cooler weather have you dreaming of cozy scarves and sweaters, we have the perfect class for you!Learn basic stitches and knitting techniques that will set the foundation for a practical money-saving skill, as well as a creative and rewarding new hobby! This class will be on Tuesday, November 9, from 6:30 to 8 pm, in the second floor events room of the Main branch.
Please bring your favorite yarn and knitting needles, if you can. Light-colored yarn and size 8 knitting needles are recommended. A limited amount of supplies will be available to class participants.
This class is free and open to the public. No registration is required.

In the How to do Things! series on the second and fourth Tuesday evening of every month, the instructor will teach the basics of a useful skill, craft or task, and then provide participants with resources or information to further pursue the skill.
