How to do Things!: Tai Chi on February 8
Steffan de Graffenried from the Taijiquan Center of Huntsville will introduce us to the practice of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching, which the Mayo Clinic for one, recommends as an effective way to reduce stress and help with a variety of health conditions.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (no high heels.)
This class will take place at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, February 8 in the Main branch's auditorium. It's free and open to the public.
Please contact Luisa with any questions about this class at lmorenilla [at] hmpl [dot] org.
-----------------------------------------
In the How to do Things! series on the second and fourth Tuesday evening of every month, the instructor will teach the basics of a useful skill, craft or task, and then provide participants with resources or information to further pursue the skill.
