Record the voices of important people in your life with Save-A-Story

Save-A-Story oral history project is now taking reservations for Wednesday, March 23!

The Huntsville Madison County Public Library and WLRH 89.3 FM have teamed up for a new oral history project called "Save-A-Story," giving you, our patrons, a chance to record the voices of important people in your life.  If you missed the first round you're in luck!  We're now taking reservations for Wednesday, March 23, between 4 and 6 p.m.

All you have to do is sign up for a free, 15-minute recording session, then simply show up at the Main branch, sit down and start talking. We do the recording. You get a free CD of the session and the library also gets a copy for its historical archives. Reserve a time by calling the library’s Archives Department at 256-532-5989.
