How to do Things: Take Better Photos on May 10

Learn tips and techniques, and receive constructive feedback on your own photography in the next session of our How to do Things! series.

In this session of  "How to do Things!" a (former) professional photojournalist will give a brief presentation featuring advice and techniques for improving your photography. Then we'll open things up for disuccsion. Bring your questions, observations, and an open mind.

We'll be focusing on digital photography, but most of our discussion should be applicable for film photography as well.

Please bring a cd/dvd or thumb drive of your own photography for a brief, constructive group critique and discussion of your work, if you'd like.

This session will take place on Tuesday, May 10 at 6:30 pm in the second floor events room of the Main branch.

In the How to do Things! series on the second and fourth Tuesday evening of every month, the instructor will teach the basics of a useful skill, craft or task, and then provide participants with resources or information to further pursue the skill.
