Monday Night Bollywood Movie Series

Take a trip to Bollywood this summer! It's closer than you think- and it's free. Join us as we enjoy these fascinating Indian films from June 6-July 18, with the exception of July 4th (we will be closed).

All movies will take place at 5:30 pm in the Main branch's second floor events room.

June 6: Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995)

June 13: Band Baaja Baaraat (2010)

June 20: Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008)

June 27: Devdas (2002)

July 11: 3 Idiots  (2009)

July 18: Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003)

Bollywood is the name given for the Hindi-language film industry, and each of these six films will give the viewer a glimpse of popular Indian views and traditions. Please be aware these movies will be in Hindi, but feature English subtitles that do not take away from the film itself.
