How to do Things: Cook like a Chef
July is National Culinary Arts Month. To celebrate, we will be visiting the Chef Next Door, Margaret Hale, for this special cooking lesson on July 12.
The talented Ms. Hale will teach us techniques like marinating, grilling, dicing, reducing, and how to assemble a spread fit for all ages. Participants will get to enjoy a Food Network-style Cooking Demonstration then eat the results and take recipes home with them. The class will be roughly an hour long, and participants are encouraged to bring any beverages of choice.
This class will begin at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, July 12. It will take place at The Chef Next Door establishment at 5732 Highway 431 South, Huntsville, AL 35741.
This session costs $16.00 per person. Participation is limited to 20 people, and registration and payment is required in advance. Please register using the form at: http://store.hmcpl.org/tickets/how-do-things-cook-chef.
