Have you ever wondered why some businesses succeed against all odds and others fail despite numerical certainty? Do you wonder why potential customers choose your competitors instead of you? If you answered yes to these questions then you should attend Simple and Smart Ways to Grow your Business, a three part series of lunch and learn discussions. In this series you will learn how to prepare your business for new growth, develop a strategic plan focused on your target market and funnel your growth through a monetized process. Turn today’s customers into tomorrow’s profits!
Presenter: Tra Williams, Vice President for Appleton Learning
"Simple Numbers, Straight Talk, Big Profits!: 4 Keys to Unlock Your Business Potential"
Monday, January 9, 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m.
Take the mystery out of small business finance with this no-frills guide to understanding the numbers that will guide your business out of any financial black hole. Author Greg Crabtree, a successful accountant, small business advisor, and popular presenter, shows you how to use your firm's key financial indicators as a basis for smart business decisions as you grow your firm from startup to $5 million (and, more!) in annual revenue. Mr. Crabtree will have copies of the book available for purchase.
Presenter: Greg Crabtree, founding partner of Crabtree, Rowe & Berger
