Don't Stress: A Special Stress Reduction Workshop

Resolve to have the happiest and least stressful year of your life! You'll learn practical techniques to reduce stress and anxiety during this program on January 12.

Dr. Marilyn Lands, a professional counselor, will speak about ways we can cope with and reduce the negative effects of stress and other common mental health problems year round, and will answer your questions.

This program is free and open to the public. It will take place at noon on January 12, in the auditorium of the Main branch.
