Fit for the New Year

Get off to a strong start on your healthiest year yet!  The Help Yourself to Health Initiative presents a special program about how you can get fit and enjoy a healthier lifestyle on January 11.

Local fitness expert Robert McAdory will speak about and demonstrate healthy habits that will make a big difference. Bring all your fitness related questions.

All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a free fitness consultation with Mr. McAdory!

This event is free and open to the public. It takes place on Wednesday, January 11 at noon in the Main branch auditorium.
