Take Heart! Health Event

Take Heart! We're here to help you get all the information you need to enjoy excellent heart health, on February 7.

In recognition of American Heart Month in February, we're pleased to host an informative cardiovascular health session featuring nurse practioner Linda Mitchell. Ms. Mitchell will speak about coronary artery disease and the different symptoms that people may complain about when they are having decreased blood flow to the heart muscle. She will share heart healthy habits, and will answer your heart-health related questions.

This event will take place on February 7 at noon in the second floor events room of the Main branch. It is free and open to the public.
