Friday, March 16, 2012
1:00-4:00 p.m.
$15
refreshments, handouts, and a door prize
Presenter: Anita Daniel, Botanical Garden
Logic Models are powerful planning tools used to graphically define an organization’s programs, initiatives, or the sum total of the organization’s work. Logic models are excellent for strategic planning, and some funders require logic models for grant applications. Learn the purpose, theory, and structure of logic models, and take away worksheets to begin building one for your organization.

Friday, April 20, 2012
1:00-4:00 p.m.
$15 ($10 for Part 1 participants)

Bring a completed logic model (or a draft) for your organization. In this hands-on workshop, Anita will work through your model and provide critiques and insights.
