The Kiwanis Little Learners Workshop is back!

The Kiwanis Little Learners' program is a parent/child workshop for children ages 1-3 and their caregivers (parents, grandparents, or legal guardians).  While caregivers play with their children in an informal setting, they are introduced to professionals in speech and language, nutrition, child development, and physical fitness. 

Little Learners is made possible by a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Huntsville. 
Community organizations contributing their expertise are the Center for Speech and Language, Alabama Psychological Services Center, Oakwood University, and the Little Gym of Jones Valley. 

Sign-ups are now open for this free program.  All workshops meet 10:30-11:45am in the Auditorium of the Main Library.  The dates for these workshops are: February 22, February 29, March 7, March 14, and March 21.  Participants agree to attend at least four of the five workshop dates.  A special information session will be held for registrants on Wednesday, February 15th at 10:30am.

Space is limited, so sign up soon!  Sign-ups received after we've reached our limit may be subject to a wait list.
