Knitting 9-1-1 @ Madison

Have you always wanted to learn to knit? If you already knit, have you made a mistake and don't know how to fix it? We will have knitting classes at Madison each Monday for 4 weeks, starting on April 23.

If you are new to knitting, lessons will be from 1:00-1:45 p.m. each Monday for 4 weeks. Space is limited, so sign-ups are required. To sign up, call 256-461-0046. We will learn how to make wash cloths.

If you already know how to knit but have a quick question about a current project, help will be available from 1:45-2:30 p.m. each of these days.

 

Dates: April 23, April 30, May 7, and May 14

Time: Knitting lessons from 1-1:45 p.m.

Knitting help from 1:45-2:30 p.m.

Location: Madison Public Library

Ages: 14+

Materials needed: Beginning knitters will need to bring size 8 needles and 1 ball of Sugar & Cream Cotton yarn (availalbe at most craft stores).
