Night Photography Class
Update: both of Cliff Loehr's June 30 and July 1 night photography classes at the Eleanor E. Murphy Library are filled! Thanks to everyone who has signed up and shown interest in this activity.
Night photography is more like poetry than photography. Each image brings out things you simply don't see in an object during the day. You will learn about the equipment and techniques used to capture images at night as well as how to paint with light, how to best shoot star trails, fireworks and HDR images at night. We will also have several short demonstrations to help you understand the concepts.
Loehr is a photo hobbyist and a member of the Huntsville Photographic Society. As a software engineer by day, he enjoys mixing his technical and artistic skills required for photography at night.
These classes are recommended for ages 14 and older and limited to 20 participants.
Sign up for the class by calling the Eleanor Murphy Library at 256-881-5620.
