Non-Fiction with a Niche Publisher

Jane DeNeefe, author of Rocket City Rock and Soul: Huntsville Musicians Remember the 1960s, will discuss the challenges of researching, writing, publishing and marketing her book during the next Write Right Lunch & Learn program, “Non-Fiction with a Niche Publisher,” on Tuesday, July 10, from noon to 1 p.m. in the second-floor events room of the main library, 915 Monroe St.

DeNeefe will tell about the obstacles and rewards of turning an interview-based local history project and ephemera collection into a book.

The Reference department hosts monthly professional development workshops for entrepreneurs, nonprofits and writers. Admission is free, and no registration is required.
