LinkedIn for Nonprofits

Nonprofits can benefit from the free advertising provided by LinkedIn. Mary Moore, manager of the main library's Reference & Adult Services department, will show you how to get the most out of this online resource on Thursday, Aug. 16.

"LinkedIn for Nonprofits" is a program of the library's Nonprofit Lunch & Learn series and will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in the second-floor events room of the main library, 915 Monroe St. Admission is free. Bring a sack lunch. Drinks will be provided.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to learn the basics of LinkedIn first. Mary teaches free monthly LinkedIn classes in the Computer Training Center at the main library.
