Learn citizenship fundamentals
Don West Jr. is presenting "U.S. Citizenship 101 -- The Fundamentals: A course for American Citizens" at the Bessie K. Russell Public Library.
This engaging five-part series will help you get a better understanding of our government and our rights as citizens. Remaining dates for the program are Thursday, September 27; Tuesday, October 2; Thursday, October 4; and Tuesday, October 9. All programs will be presented from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the library, 3011-C Sparkman Drive. Admission is free. Call 256-859-9050 for details.
