Reserve your seat at 'Tasia's Table'
Tasia Malakasis, owner of the famed Belle Chèvre fromagerie in rural North Alabama, will talk about her passion and philosophy on food during a tasting event at the Madison Public Library on Saturday, November 17, at 2 p.m.
Just in time for Thanksgiving you can pick up a copy of her new book, Tasia’s Table, sample some of her delicious recipes, and hear stories about her journey to cheesemaker and author. Tasia started Belle Chèvre almost 20 years ago and has gained an international reputation for her French-style goat’s milk cheeses.
Tasia’s appearance is sponsored by the Madison Friends of the Library as a fundraising event for members. Anyone who is not a member of the Madison Friends may join in advance or at the door. Contact madisonfriendsofthelibrary [at] gmail [dot] com for more information.
