Learn to manage your aches

"Oh, my aching back!" If this sounds like you, join us for a talk by Dr. Craig Lincoln of the Orthopaedic Center on Tuesday, January 22, at 11 a.m. at the Main Library.

Dr. Lincoln will discuss the causes of back pain and ways to get the better of it. The program will be held in the second-floor events room.
