Learn how to make a Navajo Knot, and make a rag rug using only your fingers, no tools.  You can make a mug rug in class, and continue working at home to make a trivet or full-sized rug.  No sewing experience is needed.

You’ll learn how to prepare the fabric strips and how to start a round rug and an oval rug.

Bring a size P or size Q crochet hook.  Bring tightly woven fabric, such as a sheet, to recycle into the crocheted rug.  Bring a worn pair of jeans to recycle into the Navajo Knot rug.  Wash and dry the materials in the dryer before this workshop.

The leader will bring all the other tools and supplies you’ll need to use during the workshop.
