Supernova Science Club

Kids can explore a new science topic and have fun, too, each Thursday at 4 p.m and select Wednesdays at 4pm in the Supernova Science Club at the Eleanor E. Murphy Library, 7910 Charlotte Drive. Space is limited to 16 children and there is a first-come first-serve sign up sheet each week. In weeks that host 2 club meetings, children may only attend 1 meeting: either Wednesday OR Thursday.

Join Ms. Haley for exciting, hands-on science experiments. All supplies are provided and kids will receive a summary of topics covered.  Kids grades K-5 welcome! Here's the current program lineup:

April 17 - Earth Day - Celebrate Earth Day with these eco-friendly projects. WARNING: Projects involve peanuts!

April 24 - Viscosity - We'll participate in the Community READ: Shakespeare 2014 by exploring

NO meetings in May. Programs will resume June 5 with exciting new projects for Summer Reading!!
