Introduction to Inkle Weaving: Weave an Inkle Creature

Join instructor, Crystal Kitchens, to learn how to weave on an inkle loom, which can be used to make narrow bands. No weaving or sewing experience is required. In class you will weave a band and learn to make a creature with a bit of hand sewing. Bring decorations such as fiber, yarn, ribbon, beads, etc. to give your creature a personality. The leader will bring all the other tools and supplies you'll need to use during the workshop.

If you want a shorter workshop, you can also choose to make a bookmark, hatband, strap or small pouch, depending on how much time you want to spend.

This class is open for adults and youth ages 14 and up. The class is limited to 10 participants.The supply fee is $5. Registration is required.
