FREE FLU SHOTS & HEALTH SCREENINGS

Huntsville Hospital Mobile Medical Unit will offer free flu shots for adults and children ages nine and above. 

They will also offer free health screenings for diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol and more.

Health screening results are reported to the patient onsite. All test results are completely confidential.

* Monday • November 10 • 9:30 -12 noon *
