New, simpler checkouts at Madison Public Library

How do I use the new RFID checkouts?Madison Public Library reopens with new RFID system to speed up checkouts. Work has been going on behind the scenes for some time to place RFID (Radio-frequency identification) tags in every item in the Madison Public Library, and MPL was closed on Monday and Tuesday of this week (March 8-9) to finish the installation. Ancestor Searching: Volume 4, #11

The LDS has filmed all of the birth, marriage, and death records for the state of New Jersey for the period 1848-1900. There are a total of 290 microfilms, including indexes, that can be ordered through the local Family History Centers. Also, available on their web site is a work in progress of Arkansas marriage records. The records date from 1837 to 1957 and include a searchable index linked to digital images of the original marriage certificates. Read more about Ancestor Searching: Volume 4, #11
