Totes With Quotes

Decorate a tote with your favorite quote from Shakespeare as part of the library’s Annual Community Read event. This class is for adults and teens ages 14 and up. Walk with Showers Library

The Showers Center Library will hold the 4th Annual Walk-A-Thon on Saturday, April 12, starting at 8 a.m. on the ground of the Richard Showers Recreation Center. This event is open to the public, and it's a great way to get some exercise. Read more »

Pinterest Test Lab: Bunny Wreath

Attention all Pinterest fans! Join us each month in the Pinterest Test Lab as we tackle a popular craft from Pinterest. In our April session, we will make a "Peeps" bunny wreath. Cost is $3.00. YA Book Club at Madison

Madison's YA Book Group will be meeting this Thursday, March 20th, 2014, at 5:00 in the YA room at the Madison Library. We will be discussing Marissa Meyer's Cinder, a futuristic retelling of Cinderella, involving androids, cyborgs, lunar aliens, and of course, a ball. Come discuss the timeless fairy tale set in a seemingly too fantastical setting.

Madison's YA Book Group meets every third Thursday in the YA room at 5:00pm. April's book will be The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate by Jacqueline Kelly. Read more »

Celtic Writing Class

Learn to write your name in Celtic Letters on Saturday, March 29 @ 10am at the Madison Public Library. Discover Celtic designs and decorations as you turn your name into a work of art. Event will be hosted by special guests from the Fitness Arts Center.
Event is free, but RSVP is required. Event is suitable for ages 5-12.

Homework Haven presents ACT Resources at your Library! Are you getting ready to take the ACT in the coming weeks?
