Access 2: Tables

This class will be a closer examination of Tables in Access. Students must have completed Access 1.

Access 1

Location: Main Library
Date: Monday, June 9, 2014 - 9:30am - 12:00pm

Students must have completed Excel 1, 2, and 3 and preferably completed Word 1, 2, 3, and 4 to take this class. This class will be an overview of Access in which we will discuss the basics of Tables, Forms, Queries, and Reports.

Basic PC Skills 1

For those just starting to use computers. You’ll learn about the parts of a computer, how to turn one on and off, how to use a mouse, the WordPad program, the Paint program, and how to save. No prior knowledge needed.

Functions and charts in Microsoft Excel 2010. You must already have completed Excel 1 and 2.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2010, including formatting, freezing, and formulas. You must have already completed Excel 1.

Microsoft Excel 2010 for beginners, including opening and closing documents; navigation; and selecting and manipulating colums, rows and cells. You should already have mastered the skills in Basic PC Skills 2.

Pivot Tables and More

Date: Monday, June 30, 2014 - 5:30pm - 8:00pm

Students must have completed Excel 1, 2, and 3 to take this class. Learn how to design, create and edit pivot tables and pivot charts in Microsoft Excel, as well as how to use subtotalling, filtering and sorting functionality.
