Patrons will be able to sign up for 30 to 60 minute personalized tutoring sessions on a particular project in a software program we teach. You must have some knowledge and understanding of the program you want to work in. Examples of projects might include: formatting a report in Microsoft Word, developing a formula in Microsoft Excel, or designing a flyer in Microsoft Publisher. Please make appointments in advance; no walk-ins permitted.

Online Job Application Skills

A class to help those who must apply for jobs online to learn more about what is required and how to apply. Participants will receive a sample job application with information that may be required, and once they've gathered it, they can sign up for personalized assistance from a librarian to complete an actual job application onine.  Keyboarding, Internet, and PC skills are helpful for the personalized lab portion of the class.

Tech Topics -- Online Television for Free

Tech Topisc are a regular series of discussions about computing topics. There will be no hands-on work, but you should have basic Internet experience. Class will be held in the second floor Events Room.
