Murphy Friends of the Library Spring Book Sale

Find a great selection of used books at the Murphy Friends of the Library Bookstore Spring Sale. Prices will range from 10 cents to $3.

Selection includes hardback and paperback fiction, non-fiction, children’s, audiobooks, music CDs, and DVDs.

The Murphy Library is located at 7910 Charlotte Drive in southwest Huntsville. Call 256-881-5620 for more information.

The sale will benefit the Murphy Friends of the Library and programs like the Murphy Writers Group

Murphy Library Open House

Date: Tuesday, April 16, 2013 - 10:00am - 12:30pm

To celebrate National Library Week, the Eleanor Murphy Library will be having an open house on Tues, April 16, from 10am-12:30pm. The event is hosted by the Eleanor Murphy Friends of the Library and the public is invited.

The event is free and will include a children’s storytime with a craft at 10:30am, refreshments, and a chance to learn more about the library and how you can get involved.

Attendees will also have the chance to win copies of advanced read and bestseller books.
