There will also be an (Almost) Anything Goes Q&A session and the opportunity to get the opening pages of your manuscript critiqued by Whitney on the spot.

How to Do Things: Crochet a Necklace

Supplies Fee: $3.00, required at registration.  Maximum number of students (age 14+) :  12.
Leader:  Crystal Kitchens, member of Huntsville Fiber Guild.

Learn a single crochet stitch and make a necklace.  The secret of the glowing jewels is the magic of the “ladder” yarn.  Bring a size F or G crochet hook.  No crochet experience is required.

Health Matters Session 6: Health Risks for African Americans

Crystal Kitchens of Huntsville Fiber Guild shows how to make dragon boat ornaments by winding yarn or ribbon around a cardboard form, and how to make the 5-sided cardboard form.  Once you know how, colorful dragon boats can be made any size!

Crystal will bring all the tools and supplies you’ll need.
