Banned Books Week 2005

The Huntsville-Madison County Public Library is excited to announce a very special guest to help us celebrate Banned Books Week 2005 (September 24-October 1)! Renowned young adult author Chris Crutcher will be appearing at the Huntsville Library Auditorium on Tuesday, September 27th at 6:30 PM to present “Real-Life Fiction Meets Censorship,” a talk for teens, educators, and their parents. His appearance will be followed by a Q&A session and a book signing. Books will be available to purchase the night of the event, with the library receiving a portion of proceeds. Read more »

Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of our Monrovia Branch, located in the Woody Anderson Learning Center.
