Design the 2012 Teen Library Card: An Art Contest for Teens

Teens are invited to create, photograph, or design the library card of their dreams!  The artwork will be turned in, judged, and a winner declared.  The winning artwork will appear on a limited edition library card, available during the year 2012.  This contest is open to all Teens (ages 12-19).

Bring your own laptop computer or reserve one of the library's to learn about the Windows 7 Operating System.

Students will learn how to navigate on the computer, add and removing programs, and directories.

To sign up, visit the Eleanor E. Murphy Library front desk or call 256-881-5620. Students who bring their own laptops must bring their power cord. Students who wish to reserve one of the library's laptops must reserve at sign up. There are a limited number available.
