How to do Things: Tai Chi
We're on the path to a healthier lifestyle this new year, with Steffan de Graffenried from the Taijiquan Center of Huntsville who will introduce us to the practice of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching, which the Mayo Clinic for one, recommends as an effective way to reduce stress and help with a variety of health conditions.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (no high heels.)
This class is free and open to the public, but attendance will be limited to 25 people, due to limited space. Please register for the class using the form below.
This class will take place inthe second floor events room of the Main branch at 6:30 pm.
