How to do Things: Zumba

Join us as we try out this fun, high-energy workout, that is gaining huge popularity all across the country. We are pleased to welcome back Quinta Stargell to the library to teach this class. Stargell is one of just three licensed Zumba Toning instructors in Huntsville.

This class if free and open to the public, but due to limited space, participation is limited to 25 people. Please reserve your spot using the form below.

This will be an introductory level class, appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels. But please be aware that it will be moderately aerobic.  Participants must use their own judgment, and particpate at their own risk.

The class takes place in the second floor events room of the Main branch at 6:30 pm.
