How to do Things: Edit Audio with Audacity
Join us for a comprenshive introduction to the useful- and fun- skill of digital audio editing.
In this class you'll learn to record and edit audio using Audacity. Audacity is a powerful free audio application for Mac and Windows computers. We'll cover installation, microphones and recording, editing techniques including audio clean-up, adding music and working with multiple tracks, and applying effects. We'll also go over exporting audio for portable listening.
This class will be held in the Main branch computer training center. It is free and open to the public.
Each class is limited to 20 participants. Registration is required. So that we may be able to serve the maximum number of people, we kindly request that you sign up for just one of the following times:
