Rocket City Rock & Soul
Join us November 15 at the Main Branch for this author event and book signing!
On November 15, 6:00pm Huntsville author, Jane DeNeefe, will discuss and read excerpts from her new book, Rocket City Soul: Huntsville Musicians Remember the 1960s in the HMCPL Main Branch Atrium.
Music will be provided by Ivy Joe Milan and Jim Cavender and special guests, performing some of Huntsville’s musical greats from the 50s through the present. Copies will be on sale at the event at $20 each, and books will be available online and in book stores beginning November 2.

Atrium
After walking through the external doors, you will pass through a second set of internal doors, and be facing the main Circulation desk. Walk around the Circulation desk. Art displays listed as appearing in the Atrium are located on platforms around the central stairs to the second floor, and events taking place in the Atrium take place in the open area between the staircase and the Audiovisual department.
