If you’re confused, overwhelmed, or simply mystified about what it takes to get your book from your desk onto a bookstore shelf, then this workshop has the answers you need. Learn the basics of the business, including publishing models, what agents actually do, and how to protect yourself from scam artists.

USA Today bestselling author, Kimberly Lang is a former ballet dancer and English teacher. She is president of the Heart of Dixie chapter of Romance Writers of America and a founding member of the The Writing Playground, a website for aspiring authors. Her forthcoming 2012 title is Redemption of a Hollywood Starlet.
