Studio Night @ the Bailey Cove Library: Valentines
Join us this evening for a free art/craft "getaway" for grown-ups each 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00 (please note the "new & improved" start time!). This evening our theme will be the art of greeting cards and Valentines. We will begin with a brief slide show of everything from antique Valentines to contemporary paper art and craft. We will then receive a demo of a card that we can make that night. Lastly, we will break out into groups or as individuals to create our own card with collage, stamping, and our own limitless imaginations. Supplies and beverages will be provided. Stay tuned for a new theme each month!
The class size is limited to 30. Please sign up at the front desk at Bailey Cove Library, or call 256-881-0257 to be added to the class. There is no fee, but donations are always welcome.
