Event Postponed until February 28th -- more time to sign up! -- Join us this evening for a free art/craft "getaway" for grown-ups each 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00 (please note the "new & improved" start time!). This evening our theme will Bookbinding 101. We will begin with a brief slide show including inspiring representations of historical and comtemporary Book Arts. We will then receive a demo and hands-on tutorial of basic bookbinding techniques, proper tool usage, and archival papers. Lastly, we will break out into groups or as individuals to create our own handmade books. Supplies and beverages will be provided. Stay tuned for a new theme each month!
