How to Do Things: Gluten-free Baking

Learn the secrets of exquisite gluten-free baking from Ellen Coleman of Ellen’s Creative Cakes, Inc.

We’ll make two cakes in class, a Carol Fenster Vanilla Cake a Bette Hagman Carrot Cake, as well as Ellen’s signature Buttercream Icing.  Along the way, Ellen will share special guidelines and tips to make your gluten-free baking “Delicious!”
