About the Artist
Caroline Wang started painting when she was five years old and won numerous art awards in competitions as a youngster in Taipei, Taiwan. Growing up in Taiwan, her painting skills are strongly influenced by oriental art. She studied art in Taiwan and in the United States with various artists and also studied Art at the University of Minnesota for one year. She is a member of several art societies and teaches Asian art at the Huntsville Art League. Caroline's favorite artistic media is watercolor and she maintains a strong belief in diversity in art. For her, the key element to success are to practice hard, have an open mind, be creative, keep one's own style and paint from the heart.
