Please note the fees and/or deposits below to equip your meeting with the library’s audiovisual equipment. Technical support from library staff is available at the rate of $20 per hour if booked in advance, $40 per hour if needed the day of the event. All equipment is rented separately and must be booked in advance. Multiple items may be needed to fulfill your needs, for example if you need to connect your laptop to the projector, you’ll need the following items:

Using our new G5450WU projector requires software installation called "Epson EasyMP Network Projection" and is available for Win32, Win64, and OS X. This free software download is to be used to allow patrons to connect to the projector and display their desktop wirelessly.

If you need to add audio to the above configuration, you’ll need to add:
