Fit for Life: Prevent Cancer

Learn how to reduce your risk of developing cancer during a Fit for Life program on Wednesday, March 7, at noon in the second-floor events room of the main library.

Dr. Harry McCarty, an oncologist at the Center for Cancer will give a comprehensive and informative presentation about risk factors for a variety of common cancers, including how we can reduce our risk. Lose To Win Weight Loss Contest: Weigh-out
How's your weight-loss regimen going? Now's your chance to find out officially and make it really pay. Prizes will be awarded for the most weight lost. Participation limited to January weigh-in participants only. Weigh-out will take place at the Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center.
