Mad Scientists

At on next meeting on Thursday, April 10th @ 4pm, we'll explore density just like Shakespeare would have - with glittery fairy jars.

Nonfiction Connection

Each month at our Nonfiction Connection meetings, school age children (K-5th grades) are invited to explore a different subject each month with books, activities & crafts. Our next session will be on Monday, April 14th @ 4pm.

Garden Rangers

Attention school age kids! Want to help out in the garden and learn at the same time? On Monday, April 21st, join us for a very special Garden Rangers where we'll celebrate our beautiful planet! Toddlers & Preschoolers can join us from 3-4pm for planting and a take home craft. 
Garden Rangers (K-5th grades) will meet from 4-5pm to compost, plant, and work on a special take home project. 
RSVP required, and please bring hand shovels, gloves etc from home (if possible!)

TEEN CRAFTS

TEEN WRITERS GROUP

Young aspiring writers will have the opportunity to gather with other wordy teens to share their pieces, complete writing challenges, and expand their wordsmith abilities. Writers are encouraged to bring pieces they’ve already written. Totes with Quotes - Tweens/Teens

Monday • April 21 • 4:00-5:00pm

Tweens and Teens ages 10-18 can decorate a tote bag with a quote from one of Shakespeare’s famous plays using fabric paint.

This program is sponsored by the Community Read, and is free.
However, registration is required and is on a first-come-first-served basis, space is limited to 15 slots.
Registration opens April 1.
