Tween Movie Day

Tweens, relax with popcorn and lemonade and enjoy a movie at the library!

Surfs Up

Ride the waves of Summer Reading fun!  We'll talk like pirates, explore the world of sea turtles, meet the SARTec Rescue dogs and do all kinds of other awesome activities throughout the summer!

This program is geared towards kids in 2nd & 3rd grades.

Main Youth Services Story Times Suspended for May

The Main Library's Youth Services department  is suspending Story Time Programs for the month of May in preparation for the 2010 Summer Reading Program. Story Time Programs will resume on June 8th.

Pirates, Princesses and Buried Treasure! Puppet Show with Tom Sawyer and Friends

This puppet show follows the adventures of Tom Sawyer and his friends Huckleberry Finn and Becky Thatcher.  Stories featured in the show: The tall tale of Stormalong, our fractured version of Rapunzel, and a fun bear hunt.  Of course there will also be music, dancing, and lots of surprises!  This event is perfect for kids in Pre-k to 2nd Grade.

End of Summer Reading Party

Don't forget to come by the library to drop off your reading logs - and while you're here, enjoy snacks, crafts, stories, and meet our library mascot, Roary the Lion. (all ages)
