This form is for publishing PDFs of scanned historical photos for inclusion in PastPerfect Online. By uploading your file here, the system will load it in the correct directory, create the necessary code for inclusion in PastPerfect Online, and record that information for later reference. Files are stored in folders organized by year that the document was uploaded; these directories are managed automatically and cannot be modified. These directories can not be browsed by unauthenticated users.
